Guh...what a week of work. No turns produced. One would think I work with Logboy.

But I don't. I just suck. Aliens get no comfort here on this oxygen-poisoned planet. I'm ready to play The Longest Day with some bipedal reject and then pass into the beyond. Anyone game?

[8|]

The Longest Day? The old AH monster? I loved that game, even with it's quirkiness.

Yessir....it's one of the few that remain in my closet in the hopes one day I may actually play it against someone other than myself.
I still have the AH Luftwaffe game in my closet. Loved it, but it was difficult for the German player to win.

Back from a long day doing chores. Tithe [&o] I Did pick up a used copy of "The Fleet that God Forgot". I am lucky enough to have a local bookstore that feeds my history addiction.
He specializes in WWII with an emphasis on the German East Front still I can often find gems in his used bin.

Drowning myself in rye and rumination. Bad rye I might...this is not what the good Lord intended as whiskey. Never again will it sully my cupboard.

But it is what it is...and now some good coffee and rest. Perhaps tomorrow will let the light into the tunnel. Light into the darkness. Brightness into the mist of morose.

Or not. C'est la vie.
