Bad that second torpedo didnt exploded. Maybe this CV TF is on route to intercept your CV's near Cairn ? If Lexingotn had eaten 2 fishs you could gamble attack on this TF near Noumea, but damaged was not to serious, so I will not recommend to go too close to New Caledonia.

It´s probably that Jonathan could thinks to intercept my carriers thinking in the possibility that my only and primary target were the eastern coast airfields, could be... I have no planning to attack New Caledonian.. Jonathan is a high skill allied player and I have serious doubts that Lexignton will stand at Noumea with the actual port level there... Could retry under heavy escorts, with another Carriers to Samoa to head Pearl or probably West Coast..I´m very sure that one torpedo hit is not enough to sent to bottom Lady Lex, (that´s a dream for my I-18 C.O.). For the other hands I have planned all my targets for January and I lightly delayed with my own objetives. I need to coordinate the assault on Ternate-Ambon Island with the return of 1st Air Fleet TF and smash all potential air threat in my returning way.
Car Div 2 will support Ambon Island assault with Car Div 1 supporting Koepang landings.
Thanks for posting and questions
Best of wishes

Hi Traskott !
Of course... It´s an epic adventure (like Don Quixote [:D]). These ships (AMC and Argentina Maru) were valuable by spendable.. I have in my hands Singkawang, Pontianak and Kuching.. In two days, Kuching AF will be ready with 22nd Air Flotilla HQ to start a terror campaign against dutch objetives at Sumatra and Java.
My first target is blast Singapore AF to get absolute air supperiority in this area and avoid air attacks like we mentioned against AMC and Argentina Maru.
1st Mobile Force, Ambon STriking Force and Kido Butai ready to start the EASTERN DUTCH INDIES CAMPAIGN.

Bad boy. What u want to do at Darwin?
About Darwin, we are both restricted by H.Rules.. I must to complete DEI ops and save a high ammount of political points. It´s out of my target, but Darwin and north Australian coast will be blocked by sea and air... All will come back to stone age in two months, when Koepang will fall in my hands, my aircrafts will smashed all air or port facilities in the north coast. CMs and SS will mine their waters, and my surface forces will support with a blockade force.
Horn Island is in my hunger hands, and only way to supply Darwin is by air or by sea taking the western way... This will not be an option for Jonathan, I will avoid that
Best Regards
