King's Choice Game

Anyone interested in playing a game where you choose what major power you want as opposed to bidding? This would allow a player to play a power he/she normally does not play. For example I've never played France in PBEM so I would like to play a game as France. If 6 others sign up to play we can agree on fair bids for each player like 30 for France.
