How easy to import or create HTTR scenarios into BFTB?

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

How easy to import or create HTTR scenarios into BFTB?

Title says it all... Plus this may act as a selling point if it will be just a matter of a short time before the scenarios from HTTR can be played with the changes in this game.

It's been a while since I checked but I think you can port the maps over fairly easily, but since mixed-mode movement has been introduced there are several locations now where rivers and water have wiped out road movement so these would need careful adjustment and checking through the movement tables in the mapmaker. Then you would have to reconstruct the oobs and forces from scratch, and edit all the characteristics and labels for each unit. The 101st and 82nd AB are there to import but that's about it. Then you would introduce supply in the scenario design and probably some exit VC's and then playtest it to see if they even play right.

To produce a high quality update of the HTTR scenarios is something that might best be left to the professionals. But then again, who would pay for such an endeavor to do it right?

Interesting question....I edited this and have decided to ask a question of my own...how easy is the COTA conversion? Now maybe if BFTB was $80 but my COTA scenarios are imported for free...I did by COTA just to support Panther why I waited for this one which I really wanted so really I am being asked to invest $130.00....maybe then BFTB would be fair and I will take a HTTR update into BFTB on its own merits.
