Force Size Bar Displays Yellow on Allied Units

I'm working on a scenario with a custom map that uses the "colored-paper" graphics mod. I'm having something of a problem with it, though, in that the unit-size bar at the base of all the Allied units displays in a yellow hue. This is true of both units that I've added and the stock units that come with the estabs. The Axis (German) units display normally. I've gone so far as to start completely over with map and the stock estabs, but the yellow hue won't go away. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Don't you edit that by right clicking on the same colored bar in the lower left corner of the scenmaker screen, by the timer? It should bring up a color palette. Is that not working?

Feature request - it would be neat if that color bar could be customized to each HQ for easy battlefield identification of major commands.
