WPO Grand Campaign Details ?

Post by Richard III »

Can I get some details on the Grand Campaign Games VS the AI ?

What is the number of turns in a GC, and what time period does each turn represent ? ( days, weeks, etc ?? )

What`s the scale here, what size map are we fighting on, same as the full WITP Map ? IE India to the USA West Coast ?

Because of the early start I assume many fewer ships, ground units and Air Sq`s to manage ? Can I get some rough numbers of each in the game please ?

How does WPO Campaign compare to the WITP Campaign as far as the details of turn management if done by a control freak like me... **I`m looking for time needed to complete a turn. **

Is the interface like WITP, especially the TF screen with reaction range, retirement options, etc...what I`m looking for is TF micro management needed like WITP.

Are Leaders and the Political Point system ( with what that means ) in the Game ?

I`ll stop here, you get what I`m looking for I think

War Plan Orange is nearly identical to the original War In The Pacific, except that it covers an earlier era where the Dreadnought rules the Oceans and not the Aircraftcarrier.

The Grand campaign is from 1922- 26 which equals out at 1674 turns or days!

It's a great game,to get a feeling for it let the computer play both sides against its self, and just watch what it does, thats how I learned to play![8D]
