Can't start the game

Can't start the game

Ok I bought the game a while back from Ageod. I reinstalled the game and now I get an error at start-up. The bar at the bottom gets stuck at a certain percentage.

The Ageod site is also dead. Is this because of Paradox? Now how do I make the game work again.
