I'd be inclined to wait for Matrix to release it since they provide better tech support than GG. I'd rather give my money to Matrix since they back up their releases better.

It's sort of silly for Matrix to let GG get the jump on them since any sales in the first 12+ hours of the release are by default going to GG since Matrix doesn't have the game on offer yet.

Exactly while we are at Matrix's home I think loyalty is advisable. At least it is my opinion. So lets wait a few hours at the latest.

In defense of Matrix Games and Digital River, I ordered Starships Unlimited v3 five years ago and I can still download it to this day.

So I can safely say I vouch for Matrix Games, and DR.

On the other hand the only reason I went with GG, was because of the Beta access.

In defense of myself everything I've bought from Digital River from Matrixgames or Slitherine I've had an issue with either the games, the downloads, or the confirmation of the order and sending me my access to the downloads page links. Some people are just lucky (lordxorn). I've never had an issue with Gamersgate, Impulse, Steam, Direct 2 Drive or GoG. Just Digital River and every time I've used them. I think that is omen enough to just stay clear from ordering anything from them. Besides there's plenty more out there now to get these games from.

I can say two things about this:

1. We do care about every customer and are working constantly behind the scenes to improve the quality the our store and service experience that goes through DR.

2. At present, over 99% of orders go through without any issue at all. While that's little consolation to those that have issues, especially repeat issues, it's still worth putting the issues in context.

Erik is 100percent true to his, I can understand your stroke of bad luck and your reasons.

I must ask though, if you tried to get Erik involved or other Matrix staff?

I have seen second hand on these forums how fast they will respond in regards to those issues you mentioned.

BTW everyone, how are you enjoying the game?

I having a blast trying to even walk in the real IJN foot steps by controlling my supply lines and gobbling up as much resource territory as possible. I have also manage to land a mechanized unit on Hawaii, but with little support lol!
