Missing File?

Post by wardog44203 »

I am playing a game with a guy in Poland. After being away for 4 days I received an email from him asking if I had received the turn. I said no( I had an email but no turn) and asked for a new copy. He replied with an email but no file was attached, he acts like he has sent a file but I'm not getting one. What can make this happen? I am play with another gamer in England and we don't have an problems. Anyone ever had this happen before? wardog

Sounds like a case of he just forgot to attach his file.

Ask him to zip the BTE file and send the zipped file. Less chance of error then.

Do you use gmail? Occasionally Gmail flips out and regards all zip files as dangerous executables and strips them or refuses to send them at all. This has happened to me a couple of times and without any apparent rhyme or reason.
