Operation Artic Fox Event added

Hi. I have attached a simple event addition that recreates the German operation Arctic Fox in the further north of Finland. The order of battle I think is close to the historical. In the zip you will find the doc file with a short instruction how to handle it. If you are just curious and want to test it change the begin date to 1-09-1939, possession of Narwik to 0 and then declare war to Ussr. You will see what happens the next turn above the arctic circle...Feel free to correct it if is the case, please share your comments. Above all: it is the first time I deliver a script,so have mercy...Enjoy
