Amphibious Transport WAD?

The creators of WW2: Time of Wrath move to the Pacific theater with Storm over the Pacific. Depicting the epic conflict between Japan and the United States, players choose from 26 available countries with historically accurate orders of battle including land, sea and air units and leaders. Amphibious Transport WAD?

couldn´t find anything stated related to it in the manual.

Playing pacific campaign as the Japs.

Here is what i did:
moved 5th fleet to Tokio for repairing purposes.
Repaired all ships & tried to amphibious transport the "Eastern Army" to help conquering the Philllipines.
But unfortunately the "move" button was greyed out. (see ss)
Tried it the other way around (1st amph. transp. of the East. Army, before repairing Fleet 54) & was able to move the unit in the next sea zone.
Also what didn´t worked for me, was to move Fleet 5 to Tokio (without repairing it) & then move the East. Army by amph. transport.

Dunno if it's a bug.
I noticed that when you create an amphibious TF, it joins another TF if present.
So if the other TF moved or got some repairs, then it would not be able to move again.
But in your screenshot they are obviously not grouped together.

Correct!

And I wanted this in the manual.

If you move a ship to port, then create a transport or Landing craft it joins the last fleet on the list.

Hence the last fleet already moved, so you can not move the newly created fleet.

So create, consolidate and move the fleets out of the port before you move into a port.

You should be able to repair, create a fleet and then move. I can.
