Review of E&S

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

Review of E&S

Post by michaelm75au »

Hi
can you view the equipment database entry of enemy units?

When I clicked on an enemy unit, it showed me in the E&S that there were some Panthers in the unit.
But when I double click the Panther, it flashes the equipment info and returns to the E&S view again.
For my own units, it pauses and allows you to hit the CLOSE button.

If would be useful to be able to see what the range, speed etc of the tank was.

Was the game paused? I find that it flashes like you describe, when I try to open the equipment view, but only when the game is unpaused.

You right it does allow you to see it if it is on Pause or the first speed setting.
On the higher speeds it just flashes by.

Thanks
