zoom out issue iwo jima scenario

Is there any reason why I cant zoom out on iwo jima island?
I assume it's because the map extent needs more water around it.

This is because we are bothering for your soul, you can't zoom and see to much of dark.

No, it because Agent is suppose to be working on counter mods, not playing the game or zooming in or out.

zooming in is not the problem.
I just wanted to be able to see the bigger picture.
In TOW you could zoom out and see all of Europe, here all I can get is 2/3 of an island!
