Highway to the Reich Manual and Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

Highway to the Reich Manual and Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge

Post by Greywulf »

Would I be able to use the printed manual that came with Highway to the Reich to refresh my memory on the rules for Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge? Are the rules all that different to make a great difference (the differences I'd be able to figure out as I play)? It would be so much easier than printing the 200+ pages for Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge.

The rules are the same.

There have been many improvements since then.

Just print the index and pages 27-170. Print 2 pages per sheet if you want it as small as HTTR.

There's a lot different in this game imo.

That was the first thing I did; aside from the new features, the only real difference I noticed was in elevation indications.
