3D or 2D

It's tough to tell from the screens if this game is 3D or 2D. Will the camera rotate? Can you move it to ground level? Even though it's stylized, it would be good to be "in the trenches" for certain views.

It's fully 3D, yes you can rotate the camera if you wish.
