Just a kind of poll, to help my failing memeory

Do pilots in IJ Airgroups set for training only get any benefits if the pilot is in "group reserve" ?

I thought they used to untill the lastest beta.

In an air unit set for training, I see pilots in group reserve and active gain experience.
