CHINA STRATEGIC BOMBING HOUSE RULE CANCELLED

After Jonathan claims about Manpower bombing at China. He is suffering hard with low supplies, both of us take decission to cancel our Manpower bombing House Rule at China.

I think his logistical problems at China could be by Japanese Army at China captured Wenchow, Chuhsien, Nanyang, Loyang, Chengchow, Pakhoi, Pucheng, Wuchow, and for the other hands my forces are into Pingsiang hexe avoiding resources production. Burma road is cut due Rangoon falls in my hands about one month ago. Probably all this factors are working hard against Chinese production, but probably my massives air strikes against Manpower at Liuchow and Chungking have increased to worst his production incomes.

Like conclusion, Manpower bombing on China have been cancelled from our H.R.,

Kind Regards,
Ramón
