reinforcement question

Close Combat – Last Stand Arnhem is a highly enhanced new release of Close Combat, using the latest Close Combat engine with many additional improvements. Its design is based on the critically acclaimed Close Combat – A Bridge Too Far, originally developed by Atomic Games, as well as the more recent Close Combat: The Longest Day. This is the most ambitious and most improved of the new Close Combat releases, but along with all the enhancements it retains the same addicting tactical action found in the original titles! Close Combat – Last Stand Arnhem comes with expanded force pools, reserve & static battlegroups, a troop point buying system, ferry and assault crossings, destructible bridges, static forces and much more! Also included in this rebuild are 60+ battles, operations and campaigns including a new enhanced Grand Campaign!

do your BGs regain reinforcement points quicker if they're resting? is it related to cohesion? thanks

Seems logical a BG would get more points if it rests for several turns in a row...but what if it was resting while surrounded by enemy strat map territory and out of supply?

The guy best equipped to provide info on the game (that should have been scribbled on a .pdf cocktail napkin) is busy coding us up a finished patch.

There's a bit about that in the manual, section 17.6:
A Battle Group will recover about 20% of its maximum unit purchase points every turn, though
a low cohesion will reduce the number of points regained. Successfully resting a Battle Group
will increase the number of points returned, in addition to restoring Battle Group cohesion

But it seems to me that you get more points at the beginning of each day...

In the same subject... Is there some graphic, or can somebody make one, showing the BG and their parents unit?
Something like a tree diagram would be really cool.

This for knowing which units share the same formation, for formation points issuing.
