While doing some research, I stumbled on this interesting article about a Mexican AF Sqn flying P47s in the Pacific in 1944.

the 201st Squadron is there: unit 4151, 58th FG/201st FS. But it's listed as a USAAF unit.

In my mod of WITP CHS scenario, I made them use the Phillipine pilots but I was able to get a list of several historical pilots together & at least the rest of the pilots had Spanish names as well as any new ones needed. Not the best but at least probably closer to historical due to spanish names & low number of replacement pilots that would be available. I may do the same thing in AE but give the Phillipines late war pilot replacements
