Over at Slitherine shop the button changed from preorder to Buy

I suppose USA customers should wait for Matrix

If you are logged in and click Buy download, you get a screen with $39.99 (I'm in the USA) through Digital River.

Great game!  It's like a tactical level Panzer General (that's the best description I can think of).
Polished graphics and nice atmosphere.

edit: Panzer General + Steel Panthers

My first thought was Steel Panthers 3D but PG3D is a good comparison too.

Simple but pleasant graphics, simple gameplay, challenging enough, above all FUN.

Due to some delays on the artwork approval process, we are not able to offer the physical copies at this time. The CD's should be available for purchase next week.

Is there a Map editor? Can you make your own maps?

Bought it. I would have liked to get the physical copy, oh well...

I wish it had a manual so I could at least print the key map.

Looks good, and so far plays with no issues.

Yes but I believe the manual is then downloaded from the slitherine site and not physically residing in the PC unless the user saves it.
