If you put it on max speed you will get a ruin report, investigate and then a lost ship, investigate.

Shortly after the error should pop up and CTD.

Another guys,

Been putting in alot of testing time to try and narrow this down, can't seem to find a commonality. This one occured well into a smooth running game. I was repairing the world destroyer, but went back and cancelled that action (left worker idle) but this error still pops up without fail. Screenie and save below.
