Launcher 1.0 to 1.22 upgrade

I’ve attached an upgrade for the Launcher utility. The upgrade moves the version from 1.0 to 1.22 and brings compatibility with the last few AE patches (and fixes a few errors). There is a readme in the zip that has instructions for upgrading. Post here or PM me with questions. Thanks.
