Need to re-install

Hello!

I recently re-imaged my computer and need to re-install my WiTP AE on it. I can not find the CD with the game but as far as I remember, I have payed for the version that had both physical delivery option and digital download. Is it possible to download the game years after I have purchased it? If yes, how would i do that? I have registered the game with Matrix and have my serial #.

start with the members area where the serial number&order numbers are supposed to be kept. You can also try the GAQ tab at the store or the findmyorder.com if you know your credit card number. If al else fails then use the help desk
