[WIP] Radiochatter Immersion Mod

*reserving space for random edits and updates as i fuss around with this mod*

So i was sitting in my bathroom, pondering and having great ideas as one always has when releasing stress.. [:D][:D]
As the random DW sounds were playing in the livingroom, i realized, something was missing.
Chatter! Distant echoing voices when viewing a starport, radio"affirmatives" when ships enter or exit hyperspace..

So tonight i dedicate my time to scour various sound files for any interesting voicechatter i can mix in with the construction / enter-exit warp sounds, and if any screams sound appropriate, possibly into the explosion sounds too! If you're playing as an insectoid race and dislike hearing what will most likely be human-ish screams, just avoid copying those files :)

Sigh, it seems this game is just playing the sounds on a pre-set time to switch or loop, which happens to be exactly the same time as the length of the sound files.
So basically, anytime i make a soundfile that is longer than the original file, they overlap and junk :/
(the files in question are the construction.wav files)

I'll resume this mod whenever a patch is released to allow something as simple as having the friggin game play a .wav from start to finish (regardless if its more than a measly 4 seconds or not) before interrupting it. *frustrated*
