The second Ban / The Bad Guys

Nebogipfel, this was the first and the last time I really got hot in a forum. I´m in many forums. Including leading business networks and this was the first time I lost my temper. I did it despite I have two university degrees and a PhD, yes. We can talk it all over in German, we can even phone. You can easily verify my data and meet me. Then, if you really interested, we can talk.

I apologise for that, but there is really no need to feel ashamed for me. I´m well respected not only in the Harpoon community, but in all other places, too. After reading that stuff and following how the guys were mislead it simply was about time.

Before you judge so harshly about me and others, here is the more or less complete list of the bad guys:

1. Ragnar Emsoy (founder of HHQ/warfare.sims; editor of db2000; once banned here because he lost his temper because of HH...; banned HH form HHQ)

2. Mike Mykytyn (another pilar of HHQ/warfare.sims; wrote, like Ragnar, dozens of high end scenarios)

3. Darren Buckley (aka Bucks; editor of HUD 1 to HUD 3; we are friends since the 90ies; once banned here because he lost his temper because of HH...)

4. Dale Hillier (aka VCDH; editor of ANW DB; left Matrix forum because of HH)

5. Tony Eischens (Co-Owner of www.harpgamer.com; coder of Harpoon Classic; banned HH from harpgamer.com)

6. Brad Leyte (Co-Ownner of www.harpgamer.com; editor of Harpoon Classic´s official database; banned HH from harpgamer.com)

7. Myself, being in Computer Harpoon since the beginnings; lost my temper last weekend - for the first and last time - because of HH...

8. Frans Koenz aka Taitennek, long-time close to HH until things became clear, lost several times his temper and decided to start a new, HH and PDB-free, website. A chance for all to restart the whole thing.

Ah, I forgot two more bad guys:

Don Gilman aka "Uncle Harpoon": Owner of AGSI and the sim itself; trys to keep it going despite the ongoing attacks on his product; lost his temper and recommended HH to leave once and for all

Erik Rutins, Matrix Staff: Banned HH for the second time

btw yes, HH had already been banned from this forums a few years ago.

So, those are the bad guys hunting down their victim.

Yes, certainly Vincenzo. As I said, I have no argument with you, Vincenzo. I like your elegant, eloquent style. But you still have to write your first scen as Mike pointed out.

Let´s summarize:

He´s banned now from all major Harpoon sites. The bad guys are listed above.

thank you for the response.

I´m sure many of us did the same misstakes during our internet career, me too.

At this special point something had to be said. The discussion was getting more and more silly. Don´t forget, that there are not only hardcore pooners reading this here. For casual harpoon gamers like me, this on going personal attacks are very off putting.

I understand, that there is an old dilemma going on and that people tend to loose their temper at a particular point.
We have just to live with the fact, there will allways be someone saying, "Hey its enough".

Personally I think, that it is allways my fault, if I loose my temper (in the forum). Maybe I should have turned off my pc earlier, maybe I´m taking something too serious and so on.

There was nothing left to moderate. Even my patience ended, as did other´s long ago.

But that was not decisive. After all I´m just a player and scen designer and not AGSI nor Matrix. You can read what Erik wrote. Maybe attack him?

And I will not respond to this clear insult. It is over.
