been buying games from matrix since day one and now i'm getting an error
First couple times my card didn't work so i said ok lets go paypal so i went paypal and then it gave me this. Thought maybe my cookies. tried my home computer and no dice i'm crying on the inside.

well there are a shit ton of them. It's happened before where citibank thinks the order is bogus so they block it. Let me dick it up but they are either bill@williamwheatley.com or bwheatley@gmail.com emails i'll email now.

I'd assume its from the volume of attempts because i tried like 3-4 times with my debit card and then remembered it happened previously then i went to paypal. and had and issue with that and tried again and boom failure :'(

And my billing address is right.

I just heard back from the store - they say the issue should be fixed and your order cleared. If you try now to place an entirely new order and make sure the billing information matches precisely with the info on record with PayPal, it should work.
