Problem in launching the game

Hello guys

I just got Gary Grigsby's Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich and I cannot lunch the game. I did the installation and patch without any problems and as soon as I try to lunch the game from the executable I just get a black screen. No sound, no graphics, nothing. Just a black screen. I tried to run the game under Windows XP and Vista compatibility modes but the results were exactly the same.

My specs are

Intel Core 2 Duo @2.40GHz
4GB RAM
GeForce 8800GTX Graphics Card
Windows 7 (32bit)

Any ideas or suggestions will be most appreciated
