Help!

Purchased the game. Dowloaded the digital version. Clicked "run". As the game was about 60% completed unpacking it stopped with a message that there was an error and I needed to redownload. I can't find where in hell to do that. I have the order number (i can barely read it) and my serial number. Where do I go to get this game. I noticed that my card has already been charged.

You should have enough info to get at it that way.
