Cant download 3.4 beta

Hi Ralph i have just been over to the members section and logged in my TOAW III game wasnt registered so i tried to register it and it says the key is already in use,I used to have the game registered im pretty sure a while back i since had my PC fixed after a failure and reloaded TOAW III dont know if that makes a difference,ive updated my account so my new email addy is on there now but i couldnt register the game under my old or new email any help cheers Ian

Some of us have had the same problem. Contacting Matrix support might help if you don't know the old email you had when you registered the game. I got lucky. I had the same provider so I just reactivated the old email addy once I remembered what it was or something like that.

Thanks for the reply Panama but that dont appear to be the problem,My old email addy was on there already so i logged in and tried to register my game with the number on the disk was told it was already in use so i updated to my new email addy and tried again same result,seems i have paid for this game but cant see the benafits Matrix support dont seem to be to supportive at the moment but guess i will have to await there reply[>:]
