Japanese forces continue to advance through the brutal winter. We are on the outskirts of Sian now. This one of the few times that I feel like winter is working to my advantage when on the offensive. The Chinese where well dug in with artillery support but winter has allowed me to break their lines and has reduced the effectiveness of their artillery.

Our supply situation continues to improve and though our fleets need refueling we have enough supply in production now that we can get them refueled if we do it one at a time.

Also all elements of the 2nd Army have arrived in Hanoi and next turn will launch an attack towards Kunming.

here are the results for the turn, the Chinese are fighting hard and they are killing as many of my troops as i am theirs but they haven't been able to stop my advance. I can afford the losses but the Chinese cant so we will continue with our Banzai advance until we capture Sian then we will rest and reinforce.

well winter finally stopped my advance into china right on the doorstep of Sian. I hope my units recover from winter faster than his so I can hit Sian hard. My army is in a little bit of a bad posistion with elements of it exposed on several sides to counter attacks.

In the south the second army advanced right to Kunming after attacking the small defending unit in the high mountains. The defenses here are surprisingly weak, with a little luck I might take it in a turn or two.

Yes he has level Bombers as I expected he might. they hit Manila and took it back down to 500 I had to repair it again but I couldn't get it up all the way. Next turn Ill have a carrier group there to fly cover for it so i can get it fully repaired.

Spring came last month but this month we're still recovering from the winter.... really bad effects![:@]

So not much movement since last posted. Here a shot of the Moscow supply situation from Caucasus supplies. Reds keep building bridges I keep blasting them. Also managed to flatten Moscow this turn![8D] Red airforce must have been sleeping one off as none responded.
The Italian LB II&III's are really starting to show some worth. About 20 at the front now, more on the way.
In France not much happening but partisan busting.... kinda getting worried about that quiet......

Finally making some headway in Russia. Moving south of Moscow and another hex closer to Lennigrad.
Blasted more bridges including all around Moscow.... no beans for Stalin. LB will start blasting Lennigrad and Sevastopol next.
No change in France. N.A Italians holding ... barely. Need to start building Italy defences...

Bart in two turns I will declare war on Russia. in the mean time I was going to invade Kuwait and help you in north Africa. would you rather I focus everything on Russia ?
I can take Kuwait and most likely Mosul and I have already cut all his supply from India. I can then hit Cairo with carrier air attacks.

Well.. the US has pretty much sealed the fate of N.A. If you can mess up Egypt et al in the east it will get you some more supplies but probably won't save N.A. for the Italians.

The Italians have been concentrating on building Heavy bombers for the Eatern Front. Blasting bridges and supply lines.

Having teh Japs attack Russia will probalby only cause him to pay the 20PP for peace but it's something... I also forget if you can then attack him again after a while...??

So maybe it's best to carry on with your plans ans we'll see how it goes. I've got some units deep in Russia about to cut off the Ural centers.... lets hope......[;)]

Combined German and Finnish troops overwhelm the Russian defenders of Lennigrad! Lennigrad falls! Surprised even me. Northern front now crumbling. Moving to cut off Murmansk.
Moscow flattened from the air for 2nd month in a row.
Sevastopol should fall in Nov.
Sure hope winter doesn't come in Nov.....[:@]
