The team behind the award-winning game Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive early days of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris is the first in an innovative series of operational World War II wargames that also include a strategic element. The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris simulates Germany’s military successes in Poland and France in 1939 and 1940 (including also a hypothetical “Sea Lion” invasion of Great Britain).

If you see 4000 Infantry in a unit, behind the scenes calculations are actually done with 40 x 100 Infantry block. The ratio for infantry is thus 100 and the number of individuals in a 4000 Infantry unit is 40. In combat the 'individual' is the smallest unit used.

I think I understand eg. MG34 unit has Qty = 200 = 200 soldiers, ratio =50 = number in block, and individuals =4 = number of blocks therefore 4 x 50 =200. Now in the the game mechs the computer has 4 rolls of the dice to calculate the battle is that correct or close?
