Toggle multi german players -> Error

Sorry Vic but I found another bug. But, it's nothing bad at all, because there's a work around. Here's how to reproduce.

1) select 3 or 7 German players
2) now UN-SELECT the multi player choice
3) start game

Get 'Error' pop-up. I've tried to continue as I was curious, but ran into fatal crash once AI started to run its turn.

Like I said, no biggie. Just don't toggle German multi-player and fine. Obviously, just some state change that doesn't reset back when un-selecting.

I think the fix might just make it in for the v1.01 patch scheduled for later today.
