DCG CTD

I've been pounding away at a East Front DCG and have made it all the way to Feb 1945. I just finished a battle and it seems to hang on the computers last turn. I click the finished button and it ends the scenario and the General gives his message and then the game crashes.

Can any one offer me any help to get through the last couple of months of the war? Thanks.
