With the exception of certain "raw-milk" cheese, that are made there to fullfill a vacancy (Dept of Agriculture--AKA "Foood police" won't let them in till they've been Nuked or something) Wisconsin cheese is a world apart from European cheeses. And folks from Wisconsin don't get worked up about too much of anything (Except foootball![:D]).



Safety note.....Orange cheese does not appear in nature and is a mortal sin against man,God and cows in general and should be avoided at all cost![:D]
