Siege Problem stoping game

Using 1.07.02. I have included the Host files and the Austrian Move file. Austria moves and attempts to Siege Baden. Baden has 1 garrison factor from the COTR. When leaving the movement phase and entering the combat phase, the garrison is moved out of the city(?) Austria is asked to pick a chit. Since no chit is picked for a garrison, the combat phase is locked up and the game can not proceed.

I believe the issue lies in the actual code. Do you have the Au land phase where I can actually dupe?

Yes, the Austrian land phase is included in the zip files with the host files.
