BFTB – commissioned by the US Army ?

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

If Kansas City (Lee's Summit) counts as the Lawrence area, yes -- we tend to come to the Recruits convention. (We won't be at Fall Recruits, in two weeks' time, because it's coming right after a major exercise.)

Recruits is held at the Lee's Summit High School & is a great small convention.

Close enough for where I would be driving from. I signed up for their newsletter so look forward to info in the future.

Thanks!
I'll try being nicer if you try being less stupid. - anon

If you're asking about the staff training demos, then yes, we announce them here too.

If you're asking about an Army version of Command Ops....

1) It doesn't exist at the moment (and we have, yet again, failed to get the project funded [:(] )
2) If it does, I expect that Panther will retain the commercial rights to any work done, so they could sell a commercial version.

In the meantime, to get what's in my classroom... buy BFTB. [:)]
