Diplomatic points

Playing the grand campaign as Germany (v.170), I don't seem to be increasing diplomatic points after 6 turns. Always stuck on 25. am i missing something?
And it's one, two, three,
What are we fightin' for?

Diplomatic points are increasing after end of each month.
So taking under consideration that you have started with 20 at the beginning of September, all seems to be fine.
