Only vs the AI on balanced, so I don't read too much into it Was a lot of fun - remembered how most things worked...although I allowed Konigsberg to fall to the Russians by not setting any sea supply when it got cut off

Here's the situation the end of 1915 - France is about to surrender

France's surrender kept Italy out of the war, but the US joined half way through 1916!!

Without France the AI was unable to figure out what to do with hte Yanks tho, so I never saw them - against players they often appear in places like Turkey, Egypt or Greece!!

So here's May-June 1916 with the direction of offensives on the Russian front marked - Romania hasn't entered at this pic - it does so in a turn or 2 before I've finished building up & lasts a wee while.

The yellow ovals are where large forces of Russians end up getting surrounded - the northern one about 5-6 Corps, the Southern one about 10-15 maybe?

And lastly the situation immediately before the game finishes in July-August 1918.

The Russian revolution happened just a couple of months late in January 1918, and so the subsequent surrender was delayed too.

And so the next was is against Wilhelm III, not Hitler......
