I have downloaded this 4 times and the install will not run I have emailed support 5 times over the last 3 weeks they have not replied I was going to buy the others when they come out instead I am going to dispute payment with my credit card co that way I might get a response[:@]

Hi Mike

sorry you are having problems. Who exactly did you mail? Tech support is all dealt with via the forums, not e-mail so it sounds like you may be contacting the wrong person.

What exactly is it you have ordered? Is it the PC version as download, via a backup CD, via the boxed copy? Is it the Slitherine or Matrix version?

What exactly happens when you try and run it?
