Loss ratio at sea did look pretty good as well, especially in the later parts of the battle, so overall you can be quite proud of yourself I think. Now it's time to make the next Alamo.

WRT Katherine-the rules for transcontinental trail supply differ patch by patch. Under which patch did you guys start this up? If prior to patch III, you're hosed-they can walk to the middle of Australia on trail and still have plenty of supply. Northern Australia is borked prior to the most recent patch(es).

At least now 1) you guys have more force concentrated in one place and 2) the LYB that did the felling will not be in any shape to try again for a bit and 3) this iirc this was not supposed to be the mother of all battles. This was supposed to stop the LYB advance and tie up his forces (which it did admirably).
