I haven't tried, but sounds exciting.. One guy commands like Army Group South and second one commands AG Center and north... Or something [8|] great idea.

I haven't ever tried it but if my experience is any guide: you guys might want to agree on some kind of file naming scheme so that mixups don't happen quite so often. A filename with the sender and the receiver and what turn it is might be a good idea. Otherwise there will pop up occasions where the required file isn't the file sent.

Yes, I am most interested in the experiance of multi player PBEM games. I am really looking forward to getting the game started but I do not want it to be dead end.

I've organized two so far (not FitE), one of which is still going on. The first we did Daniel's Drang Nach Osten. Now we have a game of The Great War going...for years now.

Some advice:
-Keep it simple. My suggestion is to have each player of each side move his units and set up attacks for round one only. And then have a single person play out the rest of the turn, following any general orders given by each player. If you bounce the turn back and forth between two or three players per side for every round, the game is going to drag on. You could even switch up who plays out the turn so everyone gets to see the whole thing every other or every third turn.
-It will take a lot longer to play no matter what you do. You will lose players and gain new ones as you go. It's inevitable. For example, I've quit and rejoined my own creation. :)
-If you're doing FitE and are really only interested in doing the German side (or only the Russian side), I suggest getting a single player to play against...rather than both sides multiplayer. This will speed things up. This is what we did in our DnO game.

MilRevKo. I'm very interested about starting new FitE multiplay game. I have one friend also who would team-up with me. So i suggest if we would play as Axis (little challenge) and you as Soviets, or if you got already friend ready, go ahead!

3 players/side is wayyy too much, it will take way too much time.

Sure let me talk to a few STAVKA rep's and we shall try to put it together.

Let me know your House rules. I have a few but, they are stright forward and make the game historical. And, being historical with out being tied to mistakes of the past is what makes this system great.

If you guys need someone to jump in and play a front, as either Germans or soviets throw me over a pm and I'd be glad to jump in. Also I'd be willing to manage attacks for the soviet side.
