Patch Work Question #1

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. More historical AND more fun than the original!

Patch Work Question #1

Post by Marshal Villars »

Quick question for the players...

When you start the game at peace, your merchants can engage in trade with other nations my moving next to them and you can collect cash for their presence there. Generally, this is shown as a number which you can see as you hover your mouse over a sea zone.

When you go to war with this nation, all income from trade is lost.

When you go to peace with this nation in the future, you SHOULD be able to start collecting this income again.

Do people think this is working? When you go back to peace with a nation which you have been at war with, does it allow you to begin trading again?

Thanks

(I ask, because once when Kingmaker and I were at war (he was Britain and I was France) and we went back to peace, I was not able to get this trade to work again I thought and I want to make sure this works. I cannot find any save files with this problem, so I have to ask others for their experience now)

I believe this is working correctly. I have noticed the merchant income numbers change after a war ends.
