What does the disruption (moderate, severe, heavy...) that appears in an air attack?. What are the diferences between each type?

Additional readiness loss due to artillery suppression .
I don't know the exact percentages - maybe some info in WIR manual ?

Are you sure of that? Because I did a few experiments and the readiness of the unit bombed didn´t changed with the bombing (it was the same with a lot of massive that with no air attacks)

If you are using 3.2 to test this, then you are seeing the bug that causes divisions to not lose any readiness in combat. Smaller units still should, but I am not sure they are always impacted by interdiction attacks.
