The SPAAG you guys are talking about is the Alenia/Otobreda OTOMATIC, which mounted an OTO-Melara 76/62 Super Rapid gun and a couple of radars on the chassis of a Leopard 1A3 (or OF-40, depending on source). One prototype was built in 1989, and it was tested by the Italian Army from 10/90 to sometime in 1991. It was shelved due to a "perceived lack of interest."

It is still being offered as the AMRAD 76/62, although I don't think it has ever gone past the prototype stage. There's a good picture of it at:

There is an entry in the 1990-91 Jane's Air Defense guide, but my issue is in storage so I can't give you any specifics as far as ammo storage, ROF, etc...
