1.0.4.9 new empire message about a long destroyed faction

So, I destroyed the faction, and after having played maybe 10 more hours in this game, I get a message saying I just encountered it for the first time. It is a late game stage, my empire spreads all over the galaxy, I'm pretty sure I encountered all the empires. When I click on the "go to location" of the "history screen", it takes me somewhere on the path of a moon I took them (that is not there at the time of the message, but was possibly when I took it or when I destroyed the empire). I don't know if it is relevant, but I'm pretty sure it was the first empire I met, in the beginning. I will keep the save in case it is needed.

this is WAD not a bug, because by given startup conditions independant colonies will be able to build Empires of their own. So in your case this empire name was used again.
