Own the game but need to re-buy it. Member access lost.

Hi,

I bought the download from Matrix but lost my members account. That is apparently fatal on this site as there is no tech support and requesting my password be sent to me generates an IE error. Even requesting tech support requires a member account. I have waited almost 2 weeks for a reply for my original account to be reinstated or the access there to be given to this account. Unbelievable.

I am not about to buy the game twice from Matrix. Is there anywhere else that I can purchase the game (again) and have UNRESTRICTED access to the patches?
