Windows 7 Exception Errors on Startup

Had to purchase new PC running windows 7 Home Premium with 4GB Ram, AMD Athlon II X2 255 processor, NVidia Geforce 9800 GT video card. Installed AT Version 1.20 and entered my serial number. Will not run the program (had no problems with my old PC running SP2 (and later SP3)). Here is Dx report which error header states is related to Microsoft .Net Framework:

there is a windows 7 hotfix on the community page that may help you

also install all patches and hotfixes and you should have no problem I run on win 7 home premium just fine.
