How to use the special german equipment placed Czechoslovak OOB file?

I found that in the Czechoslovak OOB is some new german equipment. But how to use it in a battle? This equipment is only to be seen in in-game encyclopedia and nobody can buy it.

I think there is a problem in formations. In CZ OOB file are formations set only for the czech equipment. So, have I to make new formations? Will I be then compatible with the opponent players when I make some changes in my OOB file? Or is there some simple solution?

The items in the Czech oob are only for use for scenario design, or during campaign, by using 'change unit to different type' button, while editing the save as a scenario!!

BTW it is a shame that some of the units aren´t available for normal use. Some of them are VERY interesting.

I know, SPWW2 has a bigger oob database, unfortunately they don't have the icons to go with the bigger size!! I'm working on something, that will eventually allow 600 units, AND 3000+ icon database, but will most likely be a few years to release, then the size will be a problem also....

Size is not a problem with current HDs made from 40GB to 200GB.
Be hurry, Combat Leader will possibly be a big competitor to your database.
