Cant buy the game via paypal

I wanted to buy the game via paypal but after filling out my adress etc. paypal says, that i need a credit card to buy the game. Why? I choose paypal because i dont have a credit card. I can buy steam games without any problems via paypal service. Any Answers?

Where are you located? I believe there are some locations where PayPal is restricted.

I live in germany. I went to the slitherine product page and i had the same problem. But then i choosed dollar instead of euro and it worked :) It cost me 3 euro more now but i have the game :) thx for fast reply
