Slow down AI moves? Speed up screen foucs in PBEM playback?

Well is there a way to make the AI moves being displayed slower, just a small delay so that you can see what he does, the way it is now(at least with my PC)he seems to be on Warp 9 and I can barely recognize what he does.

And is it be possible for a PBEM playback to make the screen focus on the move before that move is shown?
The way it is now I first hear what happens(even before the screen focuses onm the action) and then the screen focuses at the same time as the move is displayed, that makes it again hard to recognize what happened.
